I am a TEDxAlbury 2025 Speaker

I'm going to be giving a TEDx Talk. It's a pretty awesome opportunity, and something I'm equal parts excited and anxious for. It's going to be on at the Albury Entertainment Centre on the 25th of October, but if you want to go in person, I'm afraid the tickets are sold out. The 100 tickets went very quickly. I guess it's a popular event...

Unfortunately, there's not much else I think I can say about that. There's some specific obligations I need to adhere to, so I can't go into too many details about some of the "behind-the-scenes" stuff, and I can't do anything that implies any third-party affiliation with TEDx... in fact, I don't think I can tell you what my talk is about...
Maybe I can, but even if I could offer some sneak peak I'd still rather not step on the toes of the PR team behind TEDxAlbury, since they're doing a pretty great job organizing this whole event.
Also, whilst I do know my talk is going to be an interesting one, I wouldn't want to go promoting my speech before anyone else's. I've heard from the other Speakers, and genuinely, I look forward to hearing all of their speeches too. During some of the preparation for this, we've all discussed what we're going to talk about, and I think you'll want to listen to what everyone has to say. It's all great stuff.

And hey, although the tickets are sold out, don't be concerned. It is going to be recorded (like most TEDx events) so it will be available to everyone, eventually.

So, that's it I guess. I can't really say much more until after the event. My hands are tied. But, seriously, it's going to be a great event. So keep an eye out for when it's available online, and if you bought a ticket thank you for coming to my TED talk.
